  • Handmade items may have subtle variations that add to their uniqueness.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Orders above (INR) 1999 will require prepaid payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), is available.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Akanni currently ships only within India.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, but timelines may be affected by courier delays, natural disruptions, or regional restrictions.
  • Akanni is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection of the returned product.

5. Care & Usage

  • Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product.
  • Akanni is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Akanni is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
